CoGrader: the AI Teaching Assistant.
Yes, when implemented under a Data Privacy Agreement. CoGrader is FERPA-compliant by design: student work is processed without third-party model training, encrypted in transit and at rest, and governed by a district-signed DPA. The DPA template is available in our security packet.
Yes. CoGrader holds a SOC 2 Type I attestation, conducted by an independent third-party auditor, covering the security, availability, and confidentiality of the platform that processes student work. The attestation letter is available to school and district evaluators under NDA through our security packet request.
Yes. CoGrader uses four controls to keep student data safe: encryption in transit and at rest, access restricted through district single sign-on, no use of student work to train third-party models, and an audit trail on every score. All four are enforced under a signed DPA.
CoGrader validates its scores against human teacher scores on standards-aligned rubrics. The methodology, including rubric inventory and inter-rater calibration approach, is available to district evaluators on request. We do not publish accuracy numbers we cannot defend in a board meeting, so we share data scoped to your context under DPA.
Districts adopt CoGrader in three steps. First, your district signs a Data Privacy Agreement and selects a license tier. Second, our team configures single sign-on and SIS rostering through Clever or ClassLink and provisions your admin console. Third, schools are onboarded with white-glove training. Most districts launch within 30 days.
CoGrader integrates natively with Google Classroom, Canvas LMS, Schoology, Brightspace, and DMAC for Texas assessment data. Single sign-on and SIS rostering work through Clever and ClassLink, the identity providers most K-12 districts already operate. None of these route through third-party middleware, which reduces your IT vendor surface area.
Yes. CoGrader offers volume-based licensing for schools and districts. The district tier includes a signed Data Privacy Agreement, single sign-on, SIS rostering through Clever or ClassLink, the district admin console, district-wide rubric library, exportable reporting, and white-glove onboarding. Contact our schools team for a quote sized to your district.
CoGrader pricing for schools and districts is based on student headcount. Enrollment determines the license tier, which includes a signed Data Privacy Agreement, single sign-on, SIS rostering through Clever or ClassLink, the district admin console, and white-glove onboarding. Contact our schools team for a quote sized to your enrollment.
CoGrader provides the artifacts most K-12 procurement teams request: a Data Privacy Agreement template, the SOC 2 Type I attestation letter, a FERPA and COPPA statement, an AI grading RFP scaffold, and a security and architecture one-pager. The full bundle is available through the security packet request.
