What is the CoGrader Advocate Program?

The Advocate Program is a small group of educators who help CoGrader improve classroom feedback. Advocates get closer access to the team, early looks at what we’re building, and program benefits.

Who is this program for?

It’s for educators who:
- actively use CoGrader (or plan to use it consistently)
- care about faster, higher-quality feedback for students
- are comfortable sharing CoGrader with colleagues at their school (department, PLC, grade-level team)

Do I need to be a current CoGrader user?

Preferably, yes. We prioritize educators who already use CoGrader regularly. If you’re newer, apply anyway. Tell us your context and what you’re hoping to improve.

What do Advocates actually do?

Most Advocates do three things:
- share product feedback and join occasional user research
- attend a short Advocate training session
- do a simple introduction or quick demo for colleagues at their school (department/PLC/team)

Does this have to be an official “PD” session?

No. A short presentation for your department, PLC, or grade-level team is enough. It does not need to be a formal district PD.

How much time does it take?

It depends on your school context, but the program is designed to be lightweight:
- the application takes a couple minutes
- training is short
- your school intro can be a quick demo using our ready-made materials

What do Advocates receive?

Selected Advocates receive:
- CoGrader Standard free for a year (unlimited grading + paid features)
- priority access to beta features and user research
- priority invitations to educator events and conferences (when available)
- teacher-exclusive community and recognition

Is the free year guaranteed?

Benefits are provided to selected Advocates and depend on participation in the program. Once you’re accepted, we’ll confirm exactly what you’ll receive and how it works.
